Responsibilities

 Work in a fast paced, metric driven environment.

 Create qualified opportunities by outbound calling potential customers and converting incoming customer enquiries.

 Collaborate with Field Sales Team on plan for pipeline generation within a specific territory.

 Developing new opportunities and activities at high levels within set territory/vertical.

 Prospecting at C-level, VP and Director levels.

 Management of all aspects of sales process from prospecting, preparation, revenue creation and on-going support issues.

 Attend, absorb and utilize organized quarterly Sales and Technical training.

Requirements

 At least 1 - 3 years Sales experience is essential

 Software or IT industry a plus

 University degree in a business subject or relevant experience

 Proven record of accomplishment and over-achievement of goals

 Working with a team-based model with Outside Rep and other resources for geographic region.

 Ability to uncover business plan and handle objections

 Outbound sales experience in a corporate environment desirable

 Highly competitive streak

 Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Demonstrated strong leadership abilities

 Ambitious and driven to succeed in sales

 Capable with Microsoft Office applications
