Requirements 
1.     Tracking the latest trends of distributed middleware technologies.
2.     Breakthroughs in key technologies; improving the technological competitiveness of PaaS middleware services.
3.     Assisting teams located in China to enhance the kernel maintenance capability for distributed open-source middleware.

Requirements & Qualifications
Eight or more years of experience in design and development of distributed systems and middleware.
Experience in successful commercial rollout of large-scale distributed systems and distributed middleware services is preferred.
Expertise about the following distributed middleware is preferred: distributed cache (Redis and Memcache), distributed messaging (Kafka and RabbitMQ), distributed database middleware (MyCat, MySQL Router, etc).
Familiar with technologies used in building distributed applications for enterprises.
Excellent problem analysis & solving skills.
Excellent personnel management and communication & coordination skills.

Master degree or a PhD in Computer Science or related field
