Position Responsibility：
Leading in NLP, majorly focus on the long term research topics, like relative theory research activities.
Position KPI：Position Key Performance Indicator
Understanding the strategy of the Noah’s Ark Lab and defining/planning the research topics accordingly as the leader of NLP team.
Leading the research team and cooperation projects to make breakthrough in NLP fields.
Technical team management and cooperation project management, also including some management requirement to build local ecosystem.
Work experience
Education background

PhD in computer science or related fields, Experience building hierarchical vision systems and publishing relevant papers in TOP meeting/conference like NIPS etc is a big plus.

8 years or above research experiences in relevant fields, Preferred industrial experience in big IT companies, top research institutes or labs.
