Position Responsibility & Output Requirement:

1,Responsible for leading,planning and organizing of key cross-domain projects, participate in the development of the overall solution/technical solution of the project.
2,Responsible for ensuring cross-domain solutions matching customers'requirements, while keeping competitiveness in Technolgy and TCO
3,Responsible for cross-domain solutions design, including:
Customer network business plan
Customer network operations plan
Customer Network KPI
Customer service and network topology
Customer network resource planning
Customer network deployment plan
4,the candidate will be the main responsible person for E2E network Planning and design, HLD .
5,Participate in market compaign and build good relationaship with customer.

Basic Requirements:
Industry trend  The position holder should have in-depth knowledge about telecom industry trend and be familiar with the technology evolution roadmap, with an vendor independent perspective .
Telecom network knowledge: master the knowledge of network infrastructure elements. With rich experience in the development and rollout of telecommunications networks.
Network planning capability: Understand how to obtain customer requirement and understand network planning methodology and processes Successful candidates should be proficient in network planning and design on network, Application&Software or terminal. The candidates should have cross product planning skills, should be able to present a unique value to customer through making integrated solutions.

Experience:
1. 15+ years of ICT experiences, better with globally experience at the sales/pre-sale position.
2. Preferable with cross-network planning and design experience in complex and important project;
3. Preferable with the world leading operator’s / supplier’s network strategy and planning experience;Master MBB/FBB E2E solution including GUL, Core, Access, IP, Fiber, VAS, NFV/SDN, BSS/OSS, etc. Better with implementation experience.

Education:
Bachelor or a higher degree, specialization in Communication, electronics, computer, and related fields

Computer/Language Skills:
Bi-lingual English/ Mandarin speaker preferred;First language must be English as writing is a major part of the role
