Position Responsibility & Output Requirement:
Business Consultant Profile:
• Build effective business relationships with client C-level executives and directors
• Establish solid working relationships with frontline account teams, sales leaders, professional services, and product managers
• Facilitate executive workshops designed to consult on ICT strategy & transformation and influence client’s ICT strategy
• Conduct executive presentations and interactions
• Coach and develop frontline on value solution selling
• Assist in business value creation analysis as well as developing high quality business cases
• Develop transformational strategies, business model, business case, roadmap and initiatives
• Advise clients on operation model & process reengineering, implementation roadmap, operation measurement metrics, and business value creation assessment
• Conduct through industry trend, market insight, ecosystem, competition analysis, and best practices study

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelors degree required; Masters of Business Administration a plus
• 15+ years industry expertise within a high-tech or consulting environment
• Record of building strong client relationships
• Deep understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced with running modern day ICT strategy and operations at large corporations
• Experience in some of the following: ICT strategy, ICT organization & process change, Cloud transformation, and business value creation modelling
• Consulting or pre-sales background
• Consultative Selling
• Experience developing and growing C Level relationships
• Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge
• Technical and business writing skills (white papers, proposals, competitive responses)
• Business skills (financial accounting, ROI, TCO, budget planning, organizational design)
• Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding
• Project management professional
