Position Responsibility：
Position Responsibility：
- Responsible for the technology competitiveness of MANO（Management and Orchestration）, participate in the major technology projects, include the requirement analysis, architecture design, solve the key technological issue. Ensure technical competence to match business aspirations, and meet the requirements of strategic planning.
- To improve the competition of The Client’s MANO, through analyzing the NFV/MANO customers and competitors, and attendding the discussion and baseline of standards.
- To guide the operation reformation of operators through communication with customers.
- Participate in the open source community as the representative of The Client, and analyze the evolution of MANO technology, Build the system based the capability of open-source.

| Education background | B.Sc./M.Sc.in computer science, engineering science, software engineering or similar relevant discipline; | |
| Work experience | At least 10 years design experience in OSS domain, or 10 years technology experience in Cloud compute domain | |

| Professional certifications from third parties (optional) | ||
| Professional knowledge | • With background of telecom domain, include the integration, OSS(Operation Support System), BSS（Business Support System） design and delivery experience • Knows the O&M (operation and maintenance) model and workflow of telecom domain deeply, knows 3 carriers’s O&M system in global at lease；
