Position Responsibility：
  • Lead The Client ICT operation technology planning, identifying the next generation of The Client OSS transformation in the ICT key technological competitiveness, grasp the direction of technology and ICT operation technology trends.
  •  Lead the technology projects of ICT Operation, Breakthrough the key technical points in ICT Operation, enabling customers to achieve business innovation based on these technologies. Hatch the technological competitiveness in cloud computing, SDN / NFV, big data, and associated eco-system areas, build the unique value customer-oriented and the competitive advantage of The Client based on ICT Operation.
  • In-depth Understand the trends in the telecommunications industry, and the impact of Internet technology on the telecommunications industry
  • In-depth Understand the ICT transformation requirement of typical carriers, like Operation driven transformation, service oriented, consolidated operation ,cloud based, Tenant self-serve, DevOps and so on. Exchange technology strategy and technological innovation with customers of The Client. Form the competitive technology development proposals, with customers to achieve joint innovation through the clarification and analysis of key requirement.

2.2 Position requirements
Basic Requirements Education background   B.Sc./M.Sc.in computer science, engineering science, software engineering or similar relevant discipline;
Work experience   10+ years industry experience, with at least 8+ years of Architecture design and Technology Plan in IT or CT, Good understanding in ICT operation.
Thorough understanding of current telecom and networking technologies or IT operation technologies.
Language (optional) English can be used as working language

Professional certifications from third parties (optional)  
Professional Knowledge Professional knowledge
  • Proven hands-on technology strategy planning experience in CT or IT operation area, specially on OSS. and/or Cloud and/or SDN/NFV and/or Big data and/or associated eco-system/Open API area
  • Good understanding carrier operation and the challenge in SDN/NFV/Cloud evolution
  • Good understanding carrier transformation ideas, like Operation driven transformation and police based operation(automation) and so on.
  • Proven hands-on design or develop experience in SDN/NFV/Cloud or big data technology or SaaS/PaaS/OaaS(Operation as service)
Key Skillset Professional skills
  • Good interaction with the industry, and technical sensitivity. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Being capable of working independently or leading a team to complete technology strategy planning tasks and key solution designs regarding to IT/CT area.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of IT and internet infrastructure features and requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, Exhibits excellent judgment, Strong results orientation, Thinks big, Hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Has passion and convictions and the innate ability to inspire passion in others.
