Responsibilities:
1.       Responsible for customized core network strategy planning. Provide detail network and service evolution strategy for customers.
2.       Responsible for oversea core network planning projects. Provide core network evolution plan and communicate with C-level customers about topics such as LTE subscribers migration, future network evolution, VoLTE network optimization and other related topics.
3.       Improve the methodology and tools for core network planning.

Requirement:
1.       At least 6 years experiences in areas related to Core Network Solution.
2.       Engineering or science bachelor’s degree or above
3.       Ability to design and plan core network, especially long-term network evolution.
4.       Ability to provide high quality communication materials.
5.       Familiar with PCRF/SDM/CS/SPS/SBC/VoBB/NGN/IMS/VoLTE/VoWiFi/NFV solutions and ICT knowledge.  Strong NFV network architecture background, familiar with VoLTE business drive, IoT Network solution, or familiar with VoLTE related KPI optimization are preferred.
6.       Network Planning and Evolution working experiences in Operators/Vendors are preferred.
7.       Fast learning, understanding and applying new technologies to network planning.
8.       Fluent English at listening, speaking and writing, feel free to communicate with customer in English
9.       Self-motivated, dedication, teamwork.
