A Global ICT vendor from China....
Position Responsibility & Output Requirement:
• Build effective business relationships with customer C-level executives
• Establish solid working relationships with frontline account teams, sales leadership, professional services, and product management
• Facilitate executive workshops designed to consult on DC transformation and influence business and IT strategy
• Conduct executive presentations
• Coach and Develop frontline on value solution selling
• Assist in TCO and ROI analysis as well as developing high quality business cases
• Advise customers on Risk Management procedures, Implementation Timelines, Change Management Implications, and Current capacity analysis
• Develop Transformational strategies
• Conduct thorough industry/account research and analysis
• Spread best practices among accounts/account teams and elevate strategic mindshare with those accounts
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelors degree required; Masters of Business Administration a plus
• 15+ years industry expertise within a high-tech or consulting environment
• Track record of building strong customer relationships
• Deep understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced with running modern day IT operations at large corporations
• Experience in some of the following: IT strategy, IT organization change & governance, Cloud / DC transformation, and/or IT cost modelling
• Pre-Sales or Consulting background
• Consultative Selling
• Experience developing and growing C Level relationships
• Ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge
• Technical and Business writing skills (white papers, proposals, competitive responses, etc.)
• Business skills (financial accounting, ROI, TCO, budget planning, organizational design)
• Presentation skills including Public speaking, Meeting Facilitation and white boarding
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; other languages a plus
