职位描述
1. Responsible for converged data domain sales and marketing strategies, develop a business model, buesiness analysis;
2. Participation in strategic projects crucial, as the core group members involved in major strategic project development, including the development of the overall project strategy, policy enforcement and customer communication before the bidding and after the bidding. Play a central role in the project development;
3. As a core group members to participate in new product solutions 1 to N global copy and landing;
4. Responsible for writing solutions sales development materials and sales training. Summarize and share sales methods, strategies. Develop sales guide of specific areas. Develop RFP guide. Sales training for the front-line product manager, including strategy, case summary, experience sharing and cultivate sales expert;
5. Understand and dig the customer needs, based on product characteristics and competitive situation of the Client core network, understanding the customer network, combined with the development of customer demands, provide targeted solutions;
6. Thought leadership, dialogue with C-Level customer. As customer's consultant can provide end to end solutions;
7. Competitor analysis, analysis strengths and weaknesses of opponents, effectively guide solution planning and bid.
Basic requirement:
Basic education requirement:
Bachelor degree or above in a related field.
Work experience requirement:
1. At least 8 years experiences in operator/vendor/telecom , outstanding industry practice is preferred;
2. Master core network domain knowledge, including HLR/HSS/AAA/PCRF/Charging/MBB/IT/Database. A deep understanding of the evolution trend of SDM/UDC field. Or proficient in operator data service network construction, planning, offering design, pricing and other fields;
3. Familiar with network consulting, business consulting, business plan and business models design experience is preferred;
4. Self driven, has innovation consciousness and work full of enthusiasm, a strong sense of teamwork, communication, organization and coordination ability and the driving force is strong, skillfully use all kinds of effective negotiation strategies and skills;
5. Operators mobile data planning, design and other work experience or at Amdocs, Accenture and other consulting companies work experience is preferred. Or have Ericssion, NSN, Alcatel-Lucent, HP core network, billing product-related work experience is preferred.
Language requirements (optional):
The fluent in English reading, writing, communication, presentation.
Professional knowledge:
1. Master core network domain knowledge, including HLR/HSS/AAA/PCRF/Charging/MBB/IT/Database. A deep understanding of the evolution trend of SDM/UDC field;
2. Master core network major product including CS, IMS, RCS, SBC, DRA, STP, UC, PBX etc.
Service Competences:
1. Telecom domain solutions and sales experience;
2. Understanding the global telecom industry trends, top operators strategy and major vendor opinion;
3. Possess commercial thinking, guidance, negotiation skills, use business consult method to guide customers;
4. Possess network consult capability, can provide end to end solutions to customers;
5. Good English presentation ability, can dialogue with C-Level customer, can become customer's consultant;

Good team-working, customer focus, organize and coordinate resources to achieve the target.
