Required Experience
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 8 years of brand or consumer marketing experience is required, above 2-year experience related online marketing or digital is a PLUS.
- Proven track record of success (be prepared to submit information regarding your successes)
- Hands-on experience in managing and operating third-party B2C platform e-commerce stores (e.g. on Tmall, JD.com, Amazon, etc.) preferred
- Very strong English skills (verbal and written) and fluency in Mandarin
- Brings Passion to the work place with a sense of responsibility to complete tasks
- Creativity, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player with high level of integrity, dependability, strong work ethic & positive attitude
- Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation, eager to take initiative and very organized
- Able to work in a fast paced, less structured start-up environment with high level of change
- Able to independently manage and prioritize breadth of tasks for optimal impact
- Internet savvy
