REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Management
- Control P/L Performance by Business Unit, Product Activity, Cost Centers.
- Improve the quality control over reporting
- Enhance the reporting system and process
- Supports and coordinates Business Units to drive performance measurement
- Streamline and coordinate the Business Review and Rolling Forecast process
- Supervise the team to deliver regular report timely with good quality
- Special projects supports
