Responsibility
Set clear sales strategies for the team in achieving assignedØ sales targets
Work with the virtual team including designated members fromØ pre-sales consultancy & product team to develop sales program.
Develop and explore new opportunities based onØ industry/technology trend and customers’ business direction
Enhance customer relationships by providing appropriateØ executive coverage and develop product stickiness through partnership/outsourcing.
Proactively collect customer feedback and provide continuousØ support to ensure high customer satisfaction
Grow the market segment and revenue by further accountØ penetration
Sharpening the team as a sales leader by developing goodØ selling strategy, methodology and best practices.
Job Description
Degree holder in Computing, Engineering, TelecommunicationsØ or related disciplines
Minimum of 12 years’ solid sales experience, among which 7+Ø years and on sales management.
Eager to expand job scope to business development area andØ formulate medium to long term strategies
Strong business acumen in driving the team to meet salesØ targets
Good leadership and people managementØ skills
Strong communicator with senior executives and has strongØ business mind to grasp business opportunities
Excellent selling, interpersonal and communicationØ skills
Mature, aggressiveØ & initiative
High proficiency in spoken Mandarin, fluent spoken English isØ preferable
