Client Profile: A Global ICT vender from China...


Job Responsibilities:
a)        Responsible for identifying the tax audit risk in daily operation and proposing/establishing risk elimination solutions.
b)        Responsible for proposing defending strategies for tax audit cases.
c)        Responsible for coordinating the local financial team and external tax consultant and implementing the tax audit defense strategy.
d)       Responsible for managing the resources of external tax consultants.
e)        Responsible for proposing/establishing the management mechanism on APA/tax rulings.  Responsible for APA/tax rulings negotiation and monitoring the APA/tax ruling implementation.

A.     Experience:
a)        Above 10 years of tax audit defense experience in OECD countries or Brazil or India with global MNCs would be essential,
b)        APA/Tax ruling negotiation experience and management experience with Big 4 or global MNCs would be essential.
B.       Qualifications: MBA, CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred
C.       Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
D.      Language: Proficient in reading and writing English and Mandarin is a plus
