Client Profile: A Global ICT vender from China...
Job Responsibilities:
a) Based on the Group tax structure and tax strategy, design/propose integrated comprehensive tax solution relation the following business scenario, include M&A, Financing project, e.g. corporate bond issuance, syndicated loan, Software trading, Service provision, E-commerce business model on consumer products, Contract signing models for sales, purchasing activities, and the other newly rising business model in ICT industry.
A. Experience:
a) Above 10 years of tax practicing experience. Tax management/planning experience with MNCs in ICT industry would be an advantage.
B. Extensive tax planning experience in treasury, M&A, hardware/software trading, Mobile service would be essential. Knowledge on transfer pricing and international taxation is a necessity.
C. Qualifications: MBA, CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred
D. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
E. Language: Proficient in reading and writing English and Mandarin is a plus
