Client Profile: A Global ICT vender from China...
1、 Job Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for proposing or establishing the Group long-term/short-term tax management strategy and tax planning strategy based on the Group business development strategic plan.
b) Responsible for insight into international tax environment development and alteration of the Group tax management strategy and tax planning strategy reflecting the tax environment development.
c) Responsible for setting the annual/long-term ETR target.
d) Responsible for setting the annual/long-term profit allocation target.
e) Responsible for proposing/establishing the Group tax risk management strategy and mechanism considering the overall tax strategy.
A. Experience:
a) Above 10 years of tax practicing experience. Tax management/planning experience with MNCs in ICT industry would be an advantage.
b) Extensive tax planning experience in treasury, M&A, hardware/software trading, Mobile service would be essential. Experience in tax structure design is essential.
c) Knowledge on transfer pricing and international taxation is a necessity.
B. Qualifications: MBA, CPA, ACCA or CFA is preferred
C. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
D. Language: Proficient in reading and writing English and Mandarin is a plus
