Responsibilities
- Support multiple projects concurrently working with cross functional teams and experts and divisions within the client, engaging people from different regions and cultures. Support large scale business transformation programs. Make significant contributions in deal influence, market leadership, and capability development.
- Analyze, evaluate market and client requirements and make proposals to align with their business vision, strategic goals and satisfying stakeholder objectives; identify client strategies and potential pain points through continuous dialogue and visits to the client and propose solutions that suit the client’s culture, political environment and market positioning.
- Deliver projects in adherence with internal gating and approval processes and policies ensuring an acceptable standard and quality is achieved and satisfies or exceeds client expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrable senior consultancy or marketing experience with advanced leadership, analysis and superior problem solving
- At least 8 years professional experience in the Telco, Internet, IT industry
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications and the digital services sector and related business activity with an extensive understanding and experience of business process engineering, and continuous process improvement and advanced knowledge of at least one of the following BSS & DS areas: CRM, BI/RTD, PRM, Convergent Charging and Billing Systems, SDP/AEP.
- Subject matter expertise across architecture, business process, web-technology, service delivery, transformation, or digital marketing and commerce.
